Foods to avoid at all costs for healing your body naturally

Do NOT eat the following AT ALL:
- Eggs cause inflammation and feed pathogens and cause the build-up of oedema in the lymphatic system
- Dairy (milk butter yoghurt margarine etc) The fat content burdens the liver and digestive system and promotes the production of mucus and causes inflammation. Replace milk with coconut- or almond milk.
- Soy has been genetically modified
- Pork products (ham bacon spare ribs and lard) It has a very high-fat content that burdens the liver
- Farmed fish Antibiotics and toxic chemicals in the breeding space causes parasites
- Corn/Maize and derived products have been genetically modified and feed pathogens and cause inflammation
- Food that contains gluten (wheat, spelt rye and polenta) contains multiple allergens and proteins that cause inflammation and confuses the immune system
- Canola Oil has been genetically modified and scars the lining of the intestinal tract
- MSG (Monosodium Glutamate) is a food additive that builds up in the brain and causes inflammation.
- Artificial and natural flavours contain hazardous chemical compounds
- Artificial sweeteners (Aspartame etc) contains chemicals manufactured in a lab and it acts as a neurotoxin.
- Citric acid is derived from maize that has been genetically modified.
- Refined Sugar paralyses and confuses the immune system
